what is Pilates?

Pilates is a full-body method of exercise where we focus on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength, breath, balance, posture, and flexibility. don’t be fooled by what instagram & tiktok says Pilates is - Pilates is for everybody

I'm injured / pregnant. Can I take part?

Pilates is for everybody - I can modify moves to suit those with limitations but if you have a injury where movement is restricted, please contact your GP for clearance to exercise. if you’re in your first trimester, come along and let’s chat before your class!

where is it?

your class is at Altogether Otherwise, M4 4BB

please come through the front door to check in with me & don’t forget to bring your mat!

what do I wear?

wear clothing you’re comfortable in and can freely move in

when shall I arrive?

please arrive 10 minutes before your class to settle in

can I film before my workout?

if you’d like to film, please ask the other participants around you if they are comfortable, and if so, try to avoid getting them in shot. this is a group practice & we must respect each other
